(referred to as "Content") is owned by Visual Art or our

points within the Website.

by Visual Art to be reliable and accurate at the time of providing

the Website and is subject to change at any time.

Visual Art respects your privacy. As we develop our online
presence, we will revise our Privacy Policy to reflect our practices
and to meet any legislative or other requirements. From time to

will only use this information for the purpose of providing you
with the service that you have requested. We will not sell, share,
or reveal any of your personal information, unless you have specifically
requested that we do so.
Visual Art takes your privacy very seriously.
Payment
All items are in Australian dollars.
Direct Debit
If you can pay using your online banking you simply transfer funds
from your bank account into the bank account of Visual Art using
the details below and quoting your username as the from details:

Phone or fax your credit card details
If you prefer to pay by credit card, simply proceed to the checkout
page and select pay by credit card and you will be contacted for
your details.
Post a cheque or money order
If you would prefer to pay by cheque or money order, simply proceed
to the checkout page and select pay with cheque or money order.
Please write your username on the back of the cheque for processing
and post it to:

If you are sending a cheque or money order your items will not
be sent until we have received the payment and it has been authorised.
Delivery
Through VisualArt.net.au you are able to purchase unframed
pictures that will be sent to you in a protective tube. As the purchase
of frames are not currently available through our website you will
receive a 20% discount on the custom framing of any items purchased
when you bring them in for framing. Note, you must retain the docket
for proof of purchase. Our standard delivery fee for orders within
Australia is $20.00 and $15.00 for Syndey metro.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of
your orders. If by any chance your order can not be sent within
this time frame you will be contacted as soon as possible.
